Staying at this hotel was a delightful experience overall. The rooms were beautiful, spacious, and impeccably cleaned, perfect for a family stay. The service was a mix of inconsistency but pleasantly surprised us with upgrades and special treats. My stay at the hotel was absolutely top-notch. The rooms were impeccable, and the manager even sent us a bottle of champagne for our anniversary, making it truly special. The location is unbeatable, right at the base of the Lionshead gondola with restaurants and shops just outside the door. The service was exceptional, with staff going out of their way to ensure our comfort. However, the dining experience, while wonderful in the morning, could have had more variety for breakfast.
